About Me
As the Founder and Chief Consultant of Indian Farm School, I specialize in organic farm design, development, and training for diverse clients and contexts. I have over 15 years of experience in organic agriculture, and an MBA in Marketing from Siddaganga Institute of Technology. My mission is to promote sustainable food production and consumption, and to educate and empower people through organic farming.
I have successfully designed and developed various types of organic farms, such as fruit forests, industrial organic farms, integrated farming systems, and vegetable gardens, for private landowners, corporate, social institutions, and nature enthusiasts. I have also created and delivered tailor-made curriculum and pedagogy for school gardening projects - pioneering it in India since 2015, reaching over 13,000 children from rural and urban backgrounds. Additionally, I have worked as a marketing consultant for organic products, helping a women cooperative society to increase their sales and visibility on a major online store. I have also conducted over 1425 training sessions and workshops on organic farming and safe food movement for first-generation farmers and organic food industry employees.
